Day 1:

Depart your meeting point and drive to Folkestone in your executive 35 seater coach
Euro Tunnel crossing to Calais. 
Visits to the following during the day:

• Poperinge (shot at dawn site)
• Brandhoek CWGC – grave of Capt Noel Chavasse VC and bar
• Ypres

Overnight accommodation at the Albion Hotel, Ypres
Menin Gate Ceremony
Dinner in local restaurant then evening at leisure

Day 2: 
After breakfast there will be a morning briefing about the day.
Visits to the following during the day:

• Menin Gate,
• Essex Farm CWGCand Advance Dressing Station – Lt Col McCrea’s poem ‘In Flanders Field’
• Langemark German cemetery,
• Passchendaele museum,
• Tyne Cot CWGC
• St George’s Church, Ypres

Lunch at Hooge Crater restaurant on the Menin Road.
Menin Gate for the Last Post ceremony (click here for a film) and wreath laying  
Dinner in local restaurant then evening at leisure

Day 3: 
After breakfast there will be a morning briefing about the day.
Visits to the following during the day:

• Hill 60 – tunneling and the underground war, the caterpillar crater
• Vimy Ridge - the tunnels and the Canadian Memorial  
• Serre. 1 July 1916 – first day of the Battle of the Somme (original film)
• Sheffield Memorial Park. 
• Actions of the Accrington Pals Battalion - one of over 130 of Kitcheners ‘New Army’.

Drive to Arras for 2 nights accommodation at the Hotel d’Angleterre
Pre-dinner drinks then dinner in the Hotel d’Angleterre

Day 4: 
After breakfast there will be a morning briefing about the day.
Visits to the following during the day:

• Beaumont Hamel and sunken road,
• Ulster Tower,
• Newfoundland Memorial Park (actions of the Newfoundland Regiment),
• La Boiselle and Lochnagar Crater,
• Thiepval Memorial to the Missing
• Delville Wood. 
• Devonshire Trench/Cemetery – if time.

Lunch in Mailly-Maillet nr Auchonvillers.
Pre-dinner drinks then dinner in the Hotel d’Angleterre

Day 5: 
After breakfast there will be a morning briefing about the day.

Tunnel crossing to Folkestone then to the meeting point
